The stamp, carrying the year 1918 shows the building of Lithuanian Committee for Support of the War Victims in Vilnius, where the act of independency was signed. It also shows the signatures of the 20 members of the Council of Lithuania. One of them is Stanisław Narutowicz. Below the stamps is a photograph of the Council, including Narutowicz. He is the fourth person from the left in the row of sitting men. |
