Participating countries: Slovenia, Poland, Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Italy. The right stamp shows, among others, Polish coat of arms. The middle of the sheet shows the contours of the countries from which the heads of state participated in the conference and the vertivcal sides of the sheet mention the names of countries in alphabetical order, including "REPUBLIKA POLJSKA". |
